Our mission is to empower all students for success, both academically and socially by providing them an equitable, culturally responsive education as the foundation to being a successful, independent, lifelong learner. 

Fairlawn Elementary School is a place where everyone respects and supports one another so we can always focus on what matters the most, preparing our students to be College and Career Ready.

Student Goals:

I will learn the skills that support my academic and  social emotional needs so I can be College and Career Ready. 

Staff Goals:

We will provide experiences that promote culturally responsive practices, equity and inclusion at our site

Family Goals:

We value the education our children receive at Fairlawn.  As partners in our children's education, we will engage in school activities that provide us with the resources needed to support our children at home.
